Political Data Consultant and Public Speaker

Originally from Venezuela, Andres grew up under the socialist dictatorship of Chávez and Maduro, an experience that instilled in him the resilience to navigate existential challenges. He studied International Relations at the Central University of Venezuela, where he served as student government president and played a key role in the student-led protests against the regime.
Forced to leave Venezuela due to political persecution, he pursued an internship at the Cato Institute in Washington, D.C. He later became a Fellow and public speaker for The Fund for American Studies, traveling to over 40 U.S. states to share his personal story and raise awareness about the dangers of socialism.
Andres went on to work with Students for Liberty and interned at the U.S. House of Representatives under Nevada Congressman Mark Amodei. He then began his career in polling and analytics at WPA Intelligence, rising from Research Associate to Senior Account Executive. He currently serves as the Vice President of Opinion Research at EyesOver US.
